ROAD TRIP TO VELIKA NEDELJA

With all the school projects and work that needs to be done before summer, really hits us.
It's kinda hard to go on a road trip and enjoy the beauty that our little Slovenia has to offer.

As you know from the previous post we were in Velika Nedelja due to school installation called "White Noise". So this was the perfect occasion where enjoying Slovenian beauty and school work came hand in hand. Sure it was an early start but all of that came irrelevant when we got of highway and set our eyes on all of this unexplored nature. It was an amazing sight. We must admit that we were never here before and it really is a shame.

When we first arrived it was so stunning I had to take camera out and start taking pictures but after that we had to set our installation on the trees you see in the first picture on the right.

A few hours later, we were done with our installation and it was time to snap some photos and time to relax and enjoy.

We were on a magnificent property called Kogl, which they have roots way back in the 1542. The vineyard and the house are positioned on the most magical place possible. It's on top of the Velika Nedelja so you can see everything around it.

Our installation took place among the event that was going on. There were vine tasting, good food, awesome music and cool art.

The wife of the landlord told us a brief history of this vineyard and why all the vines has this Mea Culpa label on - it means that they are responsible for all the content in the bottles :) And she showed us around this two amazing winery's.
