TOP 5 ESSENTIALS FOR WOMEN DURING THAT TIME OF THE MONTH

12:03:00 PM
The most uncomfortable week of the month, that not all women are happy to see it coming... menstrual week!
During that time we are moody, nothing fits right, our uterus is almost twice its size, and our hormones are just all over the place. Girls and boys, if you are prepared, even that week can go away quickly and without any complications.

#1 Pads, tampons or a cup
Always have a good supply of essentials ready. We know that that time can come any day, but if you are prepared, you will not stress about it too much.
We live in a day that we have all kinds of variety of hygiene products from washable natural ones, to one-time use that are not really kind to our body and nature, and one of our favorite, long-term reusable cups. So of course the choice is yours and with what you are most comfortable with.

#2 Heat and medicine
Some of us are unfortunate to have cramps. In case you have not seen it yet, it's now scientifically proven that the pain of menstrual cramps is as bad as having a heart attack. 💔 If your cramps are really bad, then nothing helps better than taking some medicine, or if they are not as bad, you can put something warm on top of your uterus to help to ease the pain. Even those heat patches to stay warm during the winter can help a lot!

#3 Food- sweet or salty

When the menstruation is coming we crave for food a lot more than usual. Most of the times you can contain the urge, but sometimes you can not go through a day without that piece of chocolate or a slice of pizza. Just remember to not overeat ;)

#4 Snoogle
We get needy in every possible way, so we crave a lot of love and affection, and sometimes it's better if you are not messing with us. 😂 We say this with a confidence that whatever the mood is, it's usually crystal clear. 😁

#5 Movie marathon
After so much stress of pain and overflown hormones, we do love to watch anything that can redirect our attention. So it's best to put on your favorite film or series under a warm blanket with a cup of tea. And if you're out of options, you can check our post Top 10 Valentine's Films😊

Is the week over already?
