KAT VON D | EVERLASTING LIQUID LIPSTICK

You know that feeling when a wish comes true? We sure do. 

This time around we quenched our desires with Kat Von D's Everlasting liquid lipstick from our wish list.

We know the lipsticks have been around for quite a while, but it’s hard when you live in a country where we don't have Sephora and shipping to Slovenia is way too expensive. So, we had to patiently wait that any nearby Sephora had launched the Kat Von D Beauty.

The texture of the lipstick is creamy while being quite liquidy at the same time. The application is easy and it does not bleed. The applicator wand is super long and it takes some time to get used to it, but the tip is small and precise. It does distribute the right amount of product on the lips and you can draw a sharp lip contour. It has a completely matte finish that dries really quickly and it leaves kind of a velvety effect on the lips. The pigmentation is excellent and when the lipstick gets dry the colour is true to what you see in the tube. Lasting power is about average. They last quite long but not as long as the brand is promising and you have to re-apply it after a meal, though they fade quite nicely during the day.
